Refund Policy
This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds are handled for bookings made through the ForeFada mobile application.
Cancellations by Customers:
- Before Artisan Arrives: Customers can cancel their booking at any time before the artisan arrives at the service location for a full refund.
- After Artisan Arrives (but no work has begun): Customers may cancel their booking after the artisan arrives, but before any work commences, for a full refund minus a cancellation fee (amount to be determined by ForeFada). This fee covers the artisan's time and travel expenses.
- After Work Begins: If a customer cancels a booking after work has begun, they will be responsible for the following:
- A cancellation fee (amount to be determined by ForeFada)
- The cost of labor performed by the artisan up to the point of cancellation
- The cost of materials already purchased by the artisan for the job
Cancellations by Artisans:
- Before Booking Acceptance: Artisans can cancel a booking request at any time before they accept the job without penalty.
- After Booking Acceptance: If an artisan needs to cancel a booking after accepting it, they must notify ForeFada as soon as possible. ForeFada will then attempt to find a replacement artisan for the customer. If a replacement cannot be found, the customer will receive a full refund.
Refunds:
- Refunds will be processed through the original payment method used for the booking.
- Processing times for refunds may vary depending on the customer's bank.
Additional Information:
- ForeFada reserves the right to cancel any booking for any reason. In such cases, the customer will receive a full refund.
- This policy may be modified at any time by ForeFada. The revised policy will be effective immediately upon posting to the ForeFada mobile application.
